President Ed Hiers stated that the reason this meeting was called, was to appoint the election committee.

 

Jim Morris was appointed to chair this committee.  The following members are to be asked to serve on the election committee:

Leslie Blaylock

List was approved.

 

President Ed Hiers asked that a list of eligible voters be emailed to him and to also send a list of “A” & “AA” Judges that said they would judge the World Celebration to Howard Bellamy.
